With over 20 years of coaching experience, we totally understand the huge impact that expert, focused and 1:1 coaching has on people and their organisations. We have coached individuals in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the US and Asia, throughout all levels in an organisation, whether a CEO leading a change in their business, an experienced Sales person looking to improve their performance or 1:1 coaching as part of one of our Leadership or Team Programmes.
The key element in coaching is the relationship between the coach and the individual, one based on confidentiality, accountability and trust. Therefore, the first step in our coaching project is to have an informal meeting with the individual, their manager (if appropriate) and the coach to ensure that the individual is open to receiving support, understands what it will involve, is comfortable with the coach and that everyone has a clear understanding of what is to be achieved.
We then take time to understand the individual’s existing situation, their future goals and then work with them to implement their action plan. Along the way, we facilitate thinking, challenge actions, develop skills and behaviours and support the individual in the achievement of an inspiring plan for change. We can also draw on our own leadership, team and personal experiences, as well as being able to bring in ideas from the many organisations and leaders that we have supported over the years.
As well as our own ‘Leadership Performance’ 360 feedback tool, we can also tap into other profiling tools to gain richer detail of personal dynamics and insight as we are qualified to carry out the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®), Myers Briggs Personality Profiles, TMSDI Team Profiles, Belbin Team Roles and Insights.
